Terms of service

About these terms

These terms govern your use of PPC Manager (the “service”), provided by its operator (“we”, “us”). By signing in or otherwise using the service you accept them. If you use the service for a company, you confirm that you may accept these terms on its behalf. How the service works is described on About the software; how we handle data is in the privacy policy.

Invite-only early access

The service is in early access (beta). Access is by invitation only; there is no self-service signup. While the service is being developed, features may change, be limited or be removed.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for your Amazon advertising account and for everything done in it.
• You review every proposed change before you act on it. The service never changes anything in your Amazon account: a change reaches Amazon only when you upload a file yourself, and you are responsible for every file you upload to Amazon.
• You keep your sign-in details and access tokens, including the token of your runner, secret, and you tell us promptly if you think one has been exposed.
• You upload only data that you are entitled to use.

Recommendations, not guarantees

The service helps you analyse your advertising and review proposed changes. Those proposals are recommendations, not guarantees. Advertising results depend on things outside our control, including Amazon's systems, auctions and policies and the market you sell in. We do not promise any particular sales, spend, ranking or other outcome.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise try to extract the source code of the service, except where the law allows it despite this restriction;
• abuse the service: probe, overload or disrupt it, get around its security or rate limits, or try to reach another customer's data;
• share, sell or publish your access tokens, or let anyone outside your organization use your account;
• use the service for anything unlawful.

Your data

Your data remains yours. You allow us to store and process it only as needed to provide the service to you, as described in the privacy policy. We do not sell it.

Your Claude and Amazon accounts

You use the service together with your own Claude subscription and your own Amazon account. Your Claude subscription is governed by your agreement with Anthropic, and your Amazon account by your agreements with Amazon. We do not control those services and are not responsible for them; you are responsible for following their terms.

Provided “as is”

During early access the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We may change, interrupt or discontinue any part of it.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us for it in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim. Early access is free today, so that amount is currently zero. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

Suspension and closing an account

We may suspend or end your access if you abuse the service, break these terms or put the service or other customers at risk. You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to close your account; we then delete your data as the privacy policy describes.

Changes to these terms

We announce changes to these terms by email. The date at the top of this page shows the current version. If you keep using the service after a change takes effect, the updated terms apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania.
